Our sustainable diamonds share the same physical, chemical and optical characteristics as natural mined diamonds. This means our sustainable diamonds can be graded on the same 4C characteristics (color, cut, clarity, and carat), it’s refractive index and chemical composition. It’s impossible to see the difference with the naked eye or even with a loupe. The only difference is the origin.
Like natural diamonds, our sustainable diamonds are certified by prestigious gem labs such as the IGI (International Gemological Institute) and the HRD (Hoge Raad voor Diamant).

With respect of nature and mankind

The mine extraction of a natural diamond uses a lot of energy, destructs the eco- system and is very polluting for water and soil. Other than environmental damage, mining may also affect the surrounding population's health as a result of contamination caused by the leakage of chemicals. It also brings social problems such as very low salaries and work accidents.
